By checking the "I accept these terms and conditions" below, you agree to the terms and conditions of use and terms and condition of sale to you set herein. You agree to refrain from disclosing or distributing the login (username and password) or any other item of Confidential Information without the prior written authorization of Worldwide Parts, Inc., in accordance with the terms set forth in this agreement.
Worldwide Parts Inc. has authorized your access to its confidential, proprietary information, including pricing information and stock levels, by providing you with a login (username and password).

The confidential, proprietary information of Worldwide Parts Inc. to which you have access through this login as well as the login itself, either username or password, (collectively, "Confidential Information") is a valuable asset and trade secret of Worldwide Parts Inc. and you hereby agree to protect and maintain the confidentiality of the Confidential Information by not disclosing this Confidential Information to any third party and to only use this Confidential Information for the purpose of purchasing products from Worldwide Parts Inc.

Any unauthorized disclosure or distribution by Customer of the login (either username or password) or any other item of Confidential Information will result in cancellation of Customer's membership and will subject Customer to a claim for damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, for Customer's breach of this agreement.

All sales are final and are sold on an as-is where is basis. Parts are not returnable without written permission of Worldwide Parts, Inc. If a return authorization number to return parts is obtained, parts must be in the original packing and original condition and in saleable condition. Parts are subject to a restocking fee of 25% and any other charges that may be incurred as a result of the return such as but not limited to inbound and outbound freight charges and handling charges. Unless noted all quoted parts are replacement parts or original surplus parts. Hoses, stems, couplings, seals, gaskets, belts, electrical parts, machinery, crimpers, tools, tooling, heavy equipment, generators, Parts bulletin specials, News letter specials, custom parts and special order parts are non cancelable and non returnable. Please make sure you order and enter the correct part number when you place your order. We sell part numbers and not descriptions. Please check the model numbers and serial numbers to verify if the parts you are ordering are correct for the application in question, as this is you the buyer’s responsibility. If you are not sure about a part number please verify your order, as it is not returnable. This agreement is part of our quote form, credit card authorization form, invoice agreement, and any other documents with customer agreements to purchase. This form overrides any customer purchase order and any other verbal agreements, which may have been made.
